5 Steps for Excel at Web Site Creation
Targeted webs sire creation is one of the best ways to get directly to your customers. If you write your content with good clear focus on your clientele, you get people who want to buy your product. Here are 5 steps to excel at targeted web site creation.
Step 1: Whom are you talking to?
When you answer this question, know your customers education level, jobs he or she might have, general age, etc. Then speak to them directly when you design your website.
Step 2: What are you saying?
Targeted web site creation is largely a matter of written content. Know what youre saying to them.
Step 3: How are you saying it?
You need to speak your customers language. Thats why the first two steps are so important. For instance, if you are selling wrenches you dont want to tell people to make a purchase in the language of a college professor. Just say, Buy it!
Step 4: Where are you putting it?
If you are taking a great selection of writing and dumping it into a site that looks like a dogs breakfast, you lose customers before you even have them. Make a visually pleasing site that doesnt assault the eyes. Consider it a frame for your content.
Step 5: How will you tell people about it?
Decide in advance how you will get the word out to help your targeted web site creation. You can use everything from blogs to MySpace and Squidoo, but just make sure you do it.
