6 Quick Steps to Get Started With Domain Names

Did you know that someone actually made $2.75 million for selling creditcards dot com? A lot of people these days have unleashed the money-making power of domain names; as such they buy these names in bulk and sell them for profits. If these are all new to you but would like to earn money with these names, follow these 6 quick steps to get you started:

a. Look out for new words that carry great importance. Financial tsunami is one of the phrases that is constantly being said over the internet, television, radio, and even on newspaper these days. You can make a domain name out of this phrase by mix matching the terms that are related to it.

b. Research the internet for websites that offers domain names. Pick a website that offers keyword searches and suggestion tools. Also, the website must offer the names for reasonable prices.

c. Buy the domain names that are available. Make sure that these names are most likely to be bought by your target market. They must be short and appealing.

d. Park these domain names until there is a demand for them. To make more money, put the names on auction sites where you will get more interested buyers, thus, higher bid price.

e. Lookout for expired domain names. There are thousands of names which are not renewed everyday. Pick the ones that you think will sell like hotcakes and buy them. Again park them until someone gets interested to buy them at a higher price.

f. If you would like to have your own domain name for your website, make sure that it can generate traffic for you. Make it simple, include relevant keywords, and make it short so it will be easier to remember.
